Each module contains 3 levels that are designed to work with most lifestyles: Base, Scaling Back, and Scaling Up. So you can decide which level to complete based on your lifestyle. We strip things back to bare essentials, so you are only working on one thing at a time in order to keep things very manageable.

The VIP membership is for sellers who want more personalized support. VIP members receive person, private check-ins once a month for additional accountability and support. VIP members also receive one private, 1 hour coaching call with Lauren that may be booked at any point during the 6 month program.

The short answer is no. RTA is designed for those who want more accountability and support than most online courses provide. As such, it is best completed within the 6 month time frame. You will, however, have lifetime access to your RTA class Facebook group, and all printable materials can be downloaded and re-used as often as you like!

Each month, there are 2 live audits held inside the RTA Facebook group, and everyone has the opportunity to submit their work to be audited. However, we are usually only able to live audit 2-4 pieces of work during a live session. I do my best to rotate so that each member who submits has their work audited an equal number of times. RTA class sizes are typically less than 20, so those who submit usually have a great chance of being selected. That said, I do audit/make personal recommendations for EVERY product line idea that is submitted, because I know how crucial unique, quality resources are to the long-term success of the store.

While most courses are self-paced, RTA conducts live training sessions and audits (but don't worry - all are recorded for later viewing) for a more personalized approach. Not only does this allow you to get your questions answered before starting each module, it's also designed to help keep you on track and provide support as you work through the course.
